Once your tour is being confirmed with us, and you receive a written confirmation from the company, the payment instructions are as under :-
60% of the tour value must be paid at the time of confirmation and you will get a written advice from the company.
The remaining 40% to be paid one week before arrival in India.
Our representative will provide you with vouchers and complete details of your stay at the time of your arrival.
With regard to cancellation Kutumbakam Voyage want to share with you that :-
Cancellation if done before, 120 days of departure: we shall forfeit 15% plus bank charges of the value of the trip.
Cancellation if done before, 60 days of departure: we shall forfeit 25% plus bank charges of the value of the trip.
Cancellation if done before, 15 days of departure: we shall forfeit 50% plus bank charges of the value of the trip.
Cancellation if done 7 days of departure: we shall forfeit the whole amount of the trip.
The transaction charges/taxes at the time of reimbursement will be borne by the client fully.
